At MINISFORUM, we stand behind the quality of our mini PCs and offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect computing solution for your workspace or home setup.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initialize Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the mini PC in its original packaging, including all power adapters, cables, mounting brackets, and manuals to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable courier service to our designated inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and original specifications, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
